Hi, yes, just as Aron said. I was simply judging from my previous experience - usually the old classes would contradict to the other classes in one way or another. So the ASDoc would find the contradiction and spit it at you :) If somehow the PMD wont do that, you can always compile with -link-report - that will print only the classes used.
