Well, I know that no one needs release builds, but I tried to investigate this a bit. It looks like that the new properties in .actionscript file are causing the corruption in projects with libraries.
If you open the FB4 project in FB3 (strangely, it does not complain) it won't make the release build as well. If you revert the changes in .* files everything is OK. PS This is a good achievement - the most simple piece of Flex Builder - exporting the release version was always buggy, and now it looks greater than ever.
