I had a programmer just bail on me after stalling for two weeks for a one page application I need by the next two weeks. The application will need to be able to have multiple instances and allow up to 12 people per instance to do communicate with each other. There will be a MySQL database that the application will read and write from/to. I will handle all the queries/tables MySQL stuff. I just need someone to program the darn thing. You'll also need to know how to set it up on a the VPS.
