Can you cd to the sdk root and then ls it and paste here the results? $ cd ~/flex/sdk $ ls
(something like this) It sounds like you maybe didn't extract that into a proper folder / removed something accidentally. Another idea: - try compiling from command line, will it compile? If it won't (I'm afraid it won't), what error will it give? Best. Oleg
