Thank for taking time to answer my question! As I mentioned in my post, I have configured and tested php within brower. It worked, so it is not php side issue.
My environment: Flex Builder 4.1 with AIR 2.6, it is an AIR application. I tested within IDE as well as released version. Thanks!
