Unfortunately, I can't really post an example of this with the current
application as it's an internal business app.  I should have probably
explained a bit more that the main app itself does display properly
(size wise) but the problem is occuring within an internal viewstack
where the content of the viewstack pane has to scroll.  The viewstack
window is set to 100% of the height of the main app.  That is where
the scrollbar and bottome 1/3 inch of content get pushed below the
main app bottom.
