Hey guys. Has any testing been done, or does anyone know what will affect performance more: Processor Speed or Video Card speed?
I'm at a new job (left eBay 3 weeks ago), the goal at the new gig is to re-engineer the application here (or at least make it way more usable). The application is for a high volume call center, and the business is completely dependent on this application. But because it's a call center, the PC's that the user uses are pretty old (I'm working on getting specs). So in terms of evaluation I'm scoping out what the options are in terms of h/w upgrade is; and if just a video card upgrade (vs replacing 400 PCs) could buy me some performance.
