The CF adapter is what you should use until the enterprise services is available.  I have a feeling 8.5 didn’t install correctly, go to http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_15507 and if it’s wrong see if you can try to install the player again.

Subject: [flexcoders] Samples from Welcome Page

I spent the weekend re-installing my system for a RAID0 setup (blazing).

Now that I'm back up, I've noticed that none of the Flex2 Alpha 1 Welcome Screen setups work.

My builds work from the IDE but I was just wondering what the guidelines are for deploying the samples on IIS6 local server.

Forgive me if this is trivial; maybe I'm just too tired from 3 days of setting back up, but I'm missing something -- it installs the Flash 8 Player (says it's 8 but I'm sure it's 8.5; returns 0 for version) but every example is a blank screen (well blank for the flash movie anyway).

I'd also like to know, if anyone can just shout it out to me, what is recommended for POJO's until Flex2 Enterprise Server is out -- JRun?  Guess I'm headed to the eval page for that.

I love Flex2; and I love Macromedia!
