Thanks Dave, I have gotten that far. I can see that Flex is compiling the mxml file, but I am now having problems with virtual mappings to the directories that we use for class packages. Here is the error that I get:
Error /dev/dashboard.mxml:55 Don't know how to parse element "com.remedyMD.business.*:Services". It is not a known type or a property of mx.core.Application.
