LifeCoach has a mixture of the two, and interactions between the two.
Pure animation/training/theraphy interacting say with a Flex testing
interface, itself interacting with a web services based Java testing
engine, and all of it working through a single signon layer.

You are going to find there is going to be in most major Flex
applications a mixed use of Flex, Flash, HTML, data services etc.
Thats where the sweet spot is.

And making it seem "seamless" where you cant tell the differnece is
what makes it all cool.
