I have an oracle database setup on one server. I have CF setup on another server with a datasource setup connecting to the oracle server. I am querying oracle and getting back result set. Included in that result set (from what I can see) is a field called Abstract with a type of "Long". It contains a few paragraphs of text. When I just dump the variable to the screen outside of flex, it displays fine. When I even try and pass the information back to Flex however from a CFC it blows up. No helpful error messages ether.
