Rates vary widely depending on type of gig (consulting, contractor, or employee), industry, location, depth of knowledge in software engineering, experience with flash and other related technologies, and so on. I'd expect a highly experienced Flex developer that runs a consulting firm to bring in $150 to $300/hr or more.
