At first, my MenuBars were not showing up at all, but that was resolved when I made the pop-ups modal: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/flexcoders/message/23646
However, every now and then, I'll do some work in a window and go to save via the File menu, and the MenuBar will behave as before-- the label "File" will turn green as if it has received focus, but no options will be shown. I'll click "File" again, and the original color will be restored. The focus is being given and taken away, but the drop-down options are invisible. Eventually I just have to refresh the application, since I can't close the pop-up. Has anyone experienced and solved this issue? ------------------------ Yahoo!
