I noticed that the Panel background
color changes to opaque white if you specify a borderStyle. The transparency is maintained if you specify any other attribute. As soon as you specify the borderStyle, it could be solid, inset or outset, the transparency seems to go awry! A bug? OR am I missing something here ...
