[flexcoders] Changes between DataGrid cellrenderers and embed tag

I’ve been attempting to get an image in a DataGrid in Flex2 for quite some time and having one hard time to say the least. Was there any specific changes from Flex1.5 to 2 that effected this implementation? Anyone know of any resources that use an example with this in Flex2? So far I’m coming up empty-handed and I’m stuck on how to continue.
