Hello everyone, I am in the process of trying to create a Custom Renderer for my Column Chart. The basic functionality is very simple, if the value being charted is less than 0, then make the column red, else make it blue. I thought I could achieve this using AS, by extending the SimpleBoxRenderer class, and over riding its beginDraw method. Inside this method, I would check sampleCount(I think that's right), and make adjustments to the Stroke object based on that value.
Am I on the right track? Additionally, when I go to create this AS class in Flex Builder, it cannot find the mx.charts.renderers package, but it can find every other package. Is this a configuration issue of some sort? It seems weird that it can find every package except that one.
