(Flex 2.0) For the TextFields?  No.  Validation + TextPopups in Flex 1.5 are harcoded together.  Not sure in 2.0.   You can, however, create whatever type of popup you want via PopUpManager.  If you want to set the focus of the object, either do object.setFocus(), or just visually, do object.drawFocus(true);   ----- Original Message ----- From: Jason Y.
