Just an FYI. I filed a bug on this. Also this works:
                
nc.connect("rtmp:/flex2FMS_AMF0Test", "blesser", "bigSecret");

But this does not:

nc.connect("rtmp:/flex2FMS_AMF0Test", {userName:"blesser", 
password:"bigSecret"});
