on the lineSeries. You could try the CircleRenderer...if
it's not close enough, you could write a custom renderer.

p.s. overlaying the point series is unnecessary and
redundant, but for the benefit of the list, if you want to explicitly disable
dataTips for a single series, set it's interactive property to
false.
