I'm successfully using ServiceCapture 1.2.8 with Firefox 1.5.0.1 and the latest Flash Player 8.5 (from Flex2 beta1). Have you added the "file:///C://Program%20Files/ServiceCapture/firefox.js" in your Firefox proxy connection parameter?
