Pablo, you can do it with @ContextRoot():

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml";
creationComplete="trace('url='+s1.url);">
    <mx:HTTPService id="s1" url="@ContextRoot()/service.jsp" />
</mx:Application>

Remember that a context root is only available in the context of a web
app, so if you are using the command line compiler or offline Flex
Builder compiler, you will need to manually specify it using the
context-root command line option:
$ mxmlc -context-root=http://localhost service.mxml

        Subject: [flexcoders] Accesing flex-config variables in MXML

        Back again with awful questions:

        Can I get access to @context.root or localserver variables (used
in flex-config.xml) inside a MXML page?

        Thanks in advance
        ---Pablo Gustavo Apanasionek
