I post two days ago about the need to use new flash embed fonts (advanced antialias for redability) within a flex 1.5 application. As I consider this an important topic thought about to repost so people that didn't see it could now read about it.
I was trying to figure a system where I could create a swf from flash 8 with some fonts in it and use that font faces inside my flex 1.5 application. Maybe something like the way others are using the new file upload or the new filters.
I was trying to use a <mx:Loader id="fontwrapper"> and I get the swf inside my flex 1.5 app showing the new fonts, but I can't figure how can I access that fontfaces from flex 1.5 controls and objects. Any Ideas?
I would like to know if that is possible or no, and maybe a suggestion about how I could accomplish that task. Please, If anyone knows something about this topic it would be very helpful.
