I'm writing a sample app that requires conversion of video from various formats (MPEG, AVI, etc.) to FLV on the server side. Is there a good FLV encoder out there that runs on GNU/Linux? I've heard of ffmpeg and On2, but I was wondering if there's something else out there too. Also, if you could share your experience with these two encoders, that'd be great.
