Hi Joao, We are sorry about this. It isn't our choice, I assure you. The legal requirements for this kind of contest with prizes are very different country by country and it is very difficult to implement on a global basis. The issue is more around the restrictions and diversity of laws for these things in Europe (and other regions) than Adobe policy. :(
