I couldn't agree more... And if they have a lot to do right now (I suspect they have other priorities), they could maybe provide instructions on how to achieve this with Flexbuiler, without having to run arround the whole Web trying to find out how one could implement something essential for most Flex developers and/or uninstalling Flexbuilder to install Eclipse.
