Hi all, i am trying desperately to develop a Flex app in 1.5 but when i get to a certain point of adding controls, the whole things just seems to crash over and over again!
the mxml file is only 35kb, and there ar only 800 lines of code. Is this more than flex builder can handle??? I have tried to creat seperate components for my application, and then use the <local> tag to embed them in the main mxml file, but i get problems trying to access controls and using data models etc. Perhaps there is a bug with flex builder 1.5, i am at my wits end here because i cant develop any more as the damn program just keeps freezing up when i try to view the flex app in Design view! I was going to use Flex 2.0, but i was having the same problems with components and being able to access data models etc. so i decided to continue with Flex 1.5 instead! Any help, or advice would be great!
