the PopUpMenuButton has the same problem. Oh well. It's a beta. I just hope they
logged it.

I was just commenting on the specific example of increasing and
decreasing the height in order to have the component redraw itself.
invalidateDisplayList() is the right way to do it.
Coming to the original problem - why not use PopUpMenuButton instead
of PopUpButton? PopUpMenuButton is meant for menus and takes care of
these issues.
