this is really not that hard.
TabNavigator = TabBar + ViewStack
so all you need to do is extending TabNavigator then :
1. move TabBar to bottom
2. assign new skin to TabBar buttons so it draws borders and skin upward.
but I don't really see the needs for this kind of component.
