Manish is correct - first time posters are moderated. In some circumstances however, the list seems to think that some invididuals are *always* first time posters.  If *all* of your emails have a lag of appearing, drop me a note off-list, and I'll check your yahoogroups settings (Doug, I'm checking yours now).
