[flexcoders] Flex 2 Beta 2 Action Script Error: Couldn't establish a connection to ColdFusion

When trying to run a Flex 2 Beta 2 sample, I'm getting the following 
error:
Error: faultCode:InvokeFailed faultString:'Error: Unknown 
destination 'ColdFusion'.' faultDetail:'Couldn't establish a 
connection to 'ColdFusion''

I have installed on a fresh system the following programs:
Flex 2 Beta 2
ColdFusion MX 7
Flex Data Services 2.0
Flex / ColdFusion Connectivty

Do I have the Flex Project files in the wrong directory?

When setting up the project, should I chose which options?
Flex Server Technology? ColdFusion Flash Remoting or Flex Data Services
Use Flex Data Services default location?
What directory should the Project Contents be in?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
