[flexcoders] Has this been fixed in B3

I've been trying to load a swf from another domain.  That domain has a crossdomain.xml file setup but it won't load.  I guess this is a known issue?  Has this been fixed for b3.

Flash Player returns a security error when using the Loader control to load a cross-domain SWF.
