And you want the output to be that same folder?
Then leave the 'Output folder' blank (I think).
Normally you don't store a project (source files) 'on the server', only the output.
For instance, I have all my project files in:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USER NAME]\My Documents\Flex Builder 2.0
Which is the beta 3 default.
