This might not be the most correct solution, but it certainly should work:
* Check the spelling of the attribute you are using. It should be
"creationComplete" not "createComplete".
* Use the "initialize" attribute, instead of creationComplete, if
creationComplete is not working.
<mx:Repeater initialize="myFunction()">
...
</mx:Repeater>
