Hi,
You need to download an application called'ASOCommands.mxp' from Mike
Chamber's site:
http://weblogs.macromedia.com/mesh/archives/2004/07/new_aso_cache_c.html

Just run the file after downloading the file. it requires Flash
version 8 or more.
