new web-based project, and in our quest to bring next-generation
interactivity to the Web, we're looking for someone with tons of
experience building large, interactive Flash applications in Flex.
Intimate knowledge of Flex and the Flash API coupled with a rock-solid
understanding of the what goes on under the hood (profiling,
debugging) is a must; experience with streaming media, networking, XML
and other web technologies is highly desirable. Ideal candidates
would also have a sound understanding of usability and interface
