FineLine, I have curiosity about your situation: you say it works like a champ when the HTML and the SWF are "in the original compile directory". For me it DOESN'T work independently of the directory where the files reside so, What do you exactly mean with "original compile directory"? do you refer to that one that FlexBuilder suggest as the default location for the project?
