Here is an example of a flash file which uses PHP for file upload:

www.undustrial.com/ps/fileref/

 

Just click “upload” and select an image on your computer .. it’s pretty cool, click on the image after it’s uploaded! :^)

This communicates to PHP using an XML interface.

This is not a preferred method, however .. and should be done using a webservice via flash remoting or Flex-based SOAP/XML-RPC
