I spent hours last night trying to apply any simple effect to a
tilelists children when the dataproviders data change.
<mx:TileList id="productList" dataProvider="{model.filteredProducts}"
itemRenderer="mvc.view.part.ProductThumb" removedEffect="fastFade" />
I've been reading the docs about mx.TileList, ICollection,
itemRenderers and everything I could get my hands on. Still, I fail
at catching the effect event I want.
I would like to have the TileList items (mvc.view.part.ProductThumb)
have a show/hide effect.
dataProvider is an XMLList which is filtered from products using a
nice e4x trick:
model.filteredProducts = model.allProducts.product.(price <
model.filterPriceMax);
How could I apply a show/hide effect to the ProductThumbs? I'm
desperate here. :f
