Hello Matt, OK, I downloaded and installed an old :) Flash player 8.0.22 (no beta, no debug) from http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp8_archive.zip ( BTW, this ZIP archive does not include Flash Player 8.0.24 installer for Windows yet).
So, I am sitting here in Kyiv, Ukraine, waiting for the ping from Adobe.com to update my Flash Player 8 to "true" Flash Player 9.
