Instead of inserting the info into a database, you send a mail with
PHP's mail() function. something like this:

$to = "[EMAIL PROTECTED]";
$subject = stripslashes($_POST['subject']);
$content = stripslashes($_POST['content']);
$content = $content . stripslashes($_POST['footer']);
$list = $_POST['bcc'];
$headers .= "From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>\n";
$headers .= "Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>\n";
$headers .= "bcc: " . $list;
@ $send = mail($to,$subject,$content,$headers);
//returns bool
if ($send) {
echo "<h1><font color=\"#008000\">Email sent
successfully.</font></h1>";
} else {
echo "<h1><font color=\"#FF0000\">Email failed.</font></h1>";
}
echo 'Do it again.<FORM method="POST" action="mail.php"><input
type="submit" value="Go"></FORM>';
echo '<HR>';
?>
</BODY></HTML>
