The issue is still there in Flex 2 official release.

That really sucks. Not a deal-breaker, obviously, but a pain for every
project you create.

I realize Flex 2 came out only 2 days ago, but can you say if there
will possibly be an update to Flex 2 at some point? Is there a plan
for updates or will it be on a need-only basis?
