That would be CursorManager.setCursor()

Example:

   [Embed("/path/to/myCursor.gif")]
   var myCursorSkin: String;

   var myCursor: Number = CursorManager.setCursor(myCursorSkin,
CursorManager.HIGHPRIORITY);
