Right.  I already have that turned on.  I'm trying to find the opposite.  Right now I've hoked it up so that terminate is Ctrl-F2 (my Delphi is showing) and switch to dev is F2.  That's moderately less painful.  Would still like it to be fully automatic.

There is an Eclipse setting:

Window - Preferences - Run/Debug - Open the associated perspective 
when launching = always.

However, it doesn't seem to switch to development, from debugging, 
when you run an application.
