From the QTP product page:   New Environment Support: Supports Web services, .NET 2.0, Firefox 1.5, Netscape 8, Macromedia Flex 2, Win XP 64 bit, Internet Explorer 7, and the latest ERP/CRM applications.   I attended a Load/Functionality testing session at CF United, and the speaker did say that QTP worked great with Flex.
