Loaded using the JSP MXML tag.  Transmitted to the browser client via
HTTPS, as the entire portal is accessed over SSL.

https-url configured to the URI of the originating portlet (which was
quite a trick to figure out, if you know anything about how WPS
formats URLS... {grin}.  I have not set the http url; I can certainly
try that.  Given that all portal access is done via HTTPS, would the
http-url proxy even be consulted on calls?
