There's no automated way I know of, but you could do it
manually... Off the top of my head...
Create an array, "indexHistory"... Add to the array every
time the user selects a new row. Then, you can use the forward and backward
buttons to traverse the array. If the user is in the middle of the history
array, and clicks a new row, just remove any of the "forward" rows, and start
adding to the end of the array again.
