There's no automated way I know of, but you could do it manually... Off the top of my head...
 
Create an array, "indexHistory"... Add to the array every time the user selects a new row. Then, you can use the forward and backward buttons to traverse the array. If the user is in the middle of the history array, and clicks a new row, just remove any of the "forward" rows, and start adding to the end of the array again.

hello;
i know this maybe a stupid question but i don't know how to do it.
is there any way with MXML
to make a back and forward

lets say i have a datagrid with

pedro
pablo
paco
luis
tony

if i click pedro and then luis
then click on the back button
it will go back to pedro

i don't wan't to use the explorer's back and forward button
