I want to save a ByteArray from a flex app to a web/http service, then later reload binary data from that service to a ByteArray in flex. On the server side I'm using rails.
I hacked up a way using a base64 encoder/decoder written in in AS3and a http service, but I suspect I'm doing this the hard way. What's the best way? Thanks, David. PS: For context, in some cases the binary data is a PNG and I use the PNGEncoder sample from this site for that.
