I would certainly say that ColdFusion is the clear choice given its tight integration with all the Flex 2.0 features, including AMF3 support, value objects and FDS integration with DataManagement and Messaging. Not to mention the Eclipse Application Wizard and CFC<->AS code writing wizards. We put a lot of work in making ColdFusion *the* premier backend for Flex 2.
