Hi,
The terms of the license explicitly address this scenario,
both for a build server and a scenario where you're using the dynamic compiler
in FDS. Every developers that is using the charting components should have a
license to them, so if you're going to have five developers developing with your
build server, you should have five licenses of Flex Builder with
Charting.

I haven’t seen
this question asked before and I don’t see any information on the Flex web sites
about this so I am hoping that someone here can answer my
question. I need to purchase Flex
builder for 5 developers and they all need to use the Flex charting components
to develop applications but NOT deploy them. For deployment we will use a
dedicated build server and the SDK. This build server would then include a
license for the Flex charting components. I realize that while developers that
are using the components will see the trail watermark which is perfectly
ok. Is this a legal
scenario or would each developer, even though they never make a deployment
build, need to have a license for the charting components as well to legally
