Right, but that should be in the package, not the class.  Like:

package myComponents
{
    class myButton extends Button
    {
    }
}

See what I mean?  I guess you don't have to do it that way.  Either way, 
that onPress worked in 1.5, not 2, sorry.  Hrm.....

I just remembered, I think you need mouseChildren too.  Try here:

myButton.as and it is inside myComponents folder.
